Thomas Edward Ainsworth

Thomas Edward Ainsworth brings a combined background in military leadership, Department of Defense consulting, clinical psychology, philosophy, conscious business ethics, mind-body health, and human-centered AI governance.

He completed 22 years of service in the United States Marine Corps and retired as a Sergeant Major. He subsequently provided approximately 20 years of consulting support associated with the Department of Defense. His academic work includes a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Philosophy, with continuing specialization in conscious business ethics, responsible AI augmentation, human accountability, and the preservation of professional judgment.

As Founder and Principal Consultant, he works with leaders and professional teams to translate broad ethical principles into practical governance controls, decision responsibilities, risk questions, educational programs, and documented oversight procedures.
